We partner exclusively with reputable, fully certified operators who meet the most stringent aviation standards, allowing our clients to fly with complete confidence.

Safety & Accreditations

Our Commitment to Safety

Safety is embedded in every aspect of our operations. From the moment you first enquire, through to the completion of your journey, we ensure that every flight meets the most stringent safety standards.

We work exclusively with operators that hold a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC), ensuring that each aircraft we recommend is airworthy, properly maintained, and crewed by qualified pilots. This certification is a regulatory requirement, ensuring our operations are compliant with the relevant aviation authorities and safety regulations.

Our partnership with ALMA Risk enhances our ability to provide clients with comprehensive risk assessments, intelligence-led security measures and rapid crisis response when visiting high-risk environments.

SAFTEY & ACCREDITATIONS

Operator Vetting Process

Our operator vetting process is rigorous and thorough. We assess all potential partners to ensure they meet the highest standards for safety and operational performance:

AOC Certification

We verify that all operators hold a valid Air Operator Certificate, confirming regulatory approval and operational compliance.

Insurance Compliance

All operators must maintain comprehensive insurance coverage that meets or exceeds industry standards.

Independent Safety Audits

Our preference is to work with operators that have undergone independent safety audits from organisations like ARGUS & Wyvern.

Maintenance & Safety Records

We review maintenance histories and safety data to ensure operators demonstrate a consistent record of safe operations.

Crew Qualifications

All flight crews are required to be appropriately experienced, type-rated, and trained to the highest professional standards.

ACA accredited

Founded in 1949 as the Airbrokers’ Association, is the leading global trade organization for companies in the aircraft charter industry. With over 430 member companies, it enforces high standards of professionalism, ethics, and safety. The association provides training, networking, and regulatory advocacy to support brokers and operators.

Safety & Accreditations

Accreditations and Certifications

North Point Aviation is proud to be a member of The Air Charter Association (ACA). Membership requires adherence to strict standards governing regulatory compliance, operational integrity, and ethical conduct.

In addition, we prioritise partnerships with operators who hold respected independent safety accreditations, including:

ARGUS Certification:

An independent safety rating that evaluates operator performance, compliance, and operational standards.

Wyvern Ltd / Wingman Registered:

Recognised globally for comprehensive safety audits, providing additional reassurance that operators meet the highest benchmarks in business aviation.

These accreditations represent some of the most robust third-party safety validations available in the industry. We continually review our operator network to ensure we are working only with partners who meet or exceed these standards.

Carbon Offsetting & Sustainability

At North Point Aviation, we are committed to responsibly managing our environmental impact. We actively support carbon offsetting initiatives to address emissions associated with private aviation.

All operators we use within Europe participate in the EU Emissions Trading System (EU ETS), a key regulatory framework designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in aviation.
