At North Point Aviation, we know that booking a private jet can feel daunting if it’s your first time, or even if you’re a seasoned traveller. That’s why we’ve created this FAQ page to answer the questions we hear most often. From how to book a charter and request flights, to safety, pricing, airports, and flexible plans, you’ll find everything you need to plan your journey with confidence.
How do I book a charter?
Request a quote by kindly informing us of your dates of travel, destination and number of passengers travelling. We’ll source appropriate aircrafts suitable for your itinerary. A contract signature is required to secure the aircraft of your choice, then we work to prepare the detailed itinerary for you.
How far in advance can I request a flight?
You can request a flight at any time. While we can often arrange flights or helictopers within a short time frame, we can also plan ahead knowing your requirements well in advance of travel.
What safety standards do you adhere to?
Safety is of high importance to us. We only work with fully certified aircraft operators who meet strict regulatory standards, including airworthiness, pilot training, and insurance requirements. Many of our operators also hold additional safety certifications, such as Argus or Wyvern, for extra peace of mind.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on the aircraft, your route, flight duration, airport fees, and any extra services you might need. Once we provide a quote, you’ll know the full cost upfront. The full balance is due before departure. Any optional extras, like additional catering Wi-Fi, cabin amenities or ground transport can be arranged with ease.
What happens if my plans change?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to amend or cancel your flight, just let us know as soon as possible. Changes are handled according to the operator’s terms and the charter agreement, we’ll always do our best to make the process smooth and straightforward.
